With over 30 years experience in high standard construction, our team are focused on exceeding our clients expectations and nothing less is acceptable. Whether it’s commercial renovations or building maintenance, we treat every project with the same high standards to deliver the very best service.
04 — Meet the team
Samara is our Managing Director and oversees the day to day operations of RPL Construction. Samara has a track-record in successfully meshing new systems with teams, enabling safety with efficiency. Samara uses technology to enhance productivity, bringing both client satisfaction and team reward. Samara’s pride is in the RPL team and in the excellence they bring to their work.
Mark is our Head of Contracts and based in our Isle of Wight office. Mark brings with him a vast store of a career’s-worth of knowledge, having worked in multiple countries in both residential and commercial sectors.
Jodi is our Office Manager, overseeing all HR functions, apprenticeship coordination, and the smooth day-to-day operation of the head office. Known for her friendly yet professional approach, Jodi ensures the business runs efficiently and supports both staff and leadership with dependable, solutions-focused service.
Tiff is our Accounts Officer and provides book-keeping and administrative support to ensure customer and supplier accounts are kept current and accurate. Tiff’s military background has nurtured her keen eye for detail and a talent for spreadsheet dominance.
Chris is a contracts manager in our Luton office. He has worked on some of RPL’s most interesting and intricate projects and has a passion for the finer details. Chris combines considerable skill in planning with expertise in practical delivery.
Yves is RPL’s Contracts Manager for the Maintenance Division. Originally from Australia, he brings over a decade of international experience in high-end residential and commercial projects, combining practical expertise with a hands-on, organised, and reliable approach.
Paul is a contracts manager in our Luton office. Paul brings a life-time store of experience with RPL. Paul is a problem-solver and uses his knowledge-reserve to the Client’s advantage. Paul is an avid photographer with an added outside interest in heavy machinery.
Ben is an RPL contracts manager based in the Isle of Wight office. With his expertise in plumbing, Ben is an invaluable asset and has a special interest in refurbishment and renovation. Ben enjoys maintaining fitness through his martial arts.
John Brookes is a Chartered Health & Safety Consultant (CMIOSH) with over 40 years’ industry experience, he supports the business with CDM compliance, risk management, audits, and training. His approach is practical and site-focused, ensuring systems are robust, effective, and defensible under scrutiny.
Harry recently completed his Project Manager apprenticeship at RPL and is preparing to begin his Chartered Quantity Surveyor degree. He coordinates projects, manages IT systems, and keeps operations running smoothly. Outside work, he enjoys weightlifting and spending time with his friends.
